How to create ticket to contact support team or billing department?

You may need to login on this helpdesk URL , login using your control panel username and password (not email address).

If you're still using old control panel (http://copanel.aspwebhosting.com.au) ,

You need to select "In House Control Panel" on the Control Panel dropdown type.

Click "Submit New Ticket", Select Ticket Type, Domain Name, and provide the details of your issue.
