Reseller can suspend or resume their client account from reseller control panel.
Please remember when you suspend your client account, that mean all of their website,email,etc will be stopped.
You can send email notification to your client first before suspend or resume their account.
If you want to suspend your client account, you can follow this step :
1. From your control panel, click Reseller Manager.
2. Click Client ID that you want to suspend.
3. Click Suspend and click OK.
If you want to resume your client account, you can follow this step :
1. From your control panel, click Reseller Manager.
2. Click Client ID that you want to suspend.
3. Click Re-Activate and click OK.
