In order to transfer domain name you need to verify 3 things below :
- the domain name has been unlocked by [current domain registrar name] for transfer (newly registered domain have to wait 90 days before it can be transfered this is the international domain rule)
- the domain secret key / EPP key has been retrieve from [current domain registrar name] (you need this in order to initiate domain transfer)
- make sure the email address that listed in the domain whois page is still active (this is important) because when requesting the transfer if item #1 and #2 has been completed it will automatically send email authorization to the domain owner contact which is the email address (listed on whois page) then you have to approve it in order to successfully transfer
