I want to use a domain I already own, but do I have to transfer my domain name to you?

If you already own a domain name and you wish to use that domain name with a hosting account on our service, then you should update your DNS information to our DNS Server in your current domain registrar.

If you didn't know how to do this, please contact us and we will assist you on transferring your domain name without charging any fees.

Please note, that there is no downtime at all when you switch your hosting provider.
